The 9/11 Memorial at Spring Park was opened in 2024 to acknowledge the impact of the tragic 9/11 events to our community. This space provides context in how Northern Colorado responded by deploying search and rescue teams to NYC. As a thank you for their service, the City and PFA received a piece of an I-beam from the Twin Towers. This site was built with the intention of reminding all that the response to tragedy defines our community more than the tragedy itself.
